I commissioned interior designer Regina Perneczky to design the interiors of two newly built condominium apartments. He joined both processes immediately after the purchase, so despite the irregular floor area of the first property and the small size of the second apartment, we were able to create living spaces suitable for all functions. In the course of his work, full-scale design was required, such as the design of lighting, the creation of electrical drawings, the creation of harmonious interiors (paintings, walls, wallpapers), the selection of furniture and, if required, the design of individual furniture. He made visualizations of his ideas, which he made available to me in the case of the first property, together with the complete design documentation.

With regard to the second property, I also entrusted him with foremanship, so the former's activities continued to expand with consultations and contacts with contractors and specialists (e.g. tilers, painters, electricians, cabinet makers). Since I did not have the opportunity to go to the construction site several times a week, or even every day, it was very helpful for me that Regina was able to answer all the questions for me in full knowledge of the plans. Through its network of contacts, it was able to offer shops and manufacturers where I could buy products of impeccable quality at a reasonable price. Moreover, in some cases, he conducted the dialogue with the shops and also took the goods from the specialist shop himself.

Last but not least, he did this with extraordinary professionalism, great cooperation and utmost care, so I am sure that if in the future I would give my head again to buying a home, renovating or possibly building a house, I would contact him again to help the process with his ideas, insights and great experience.

Regina also helped us with the complete interior design of an apartment and the renovation of our 20-year-old house. Before we asked Regina for help with the construction of our apartment, I didn't have much experience with the decorating work, and I hope she won't be offended, but somehow I felt this service was an unnecessary luxury.
However, since we use his help, my opinion has changed radically, since his expertise does not develop in determining the color and size of the cushions, but everything, I emphasize, he knows everything about a construction project. He is knowledgeable about all the issues that arise, whether it is the construction of the electronic network, heating, covering, etc. He has a lot of practical advice and ideas, which he formulates according to our needs, with us many times, but only in the necessary cases.

He has helped me a lot in all areas: the design of the electrical network, the selection of tiles, the design of colours, kitchen furniture, and I could go on. He takes almost all the burden off our shoulders, negotiates with the workers and the builder, and he is the first to be harassed in all matters arising. You buy and select the necessary materials, of course, in consultation with us in any case.
He is infinitely careful, nothing escapes his attention, precise, patient, but determined.

We cut our axe with my family when, after years of experience in Tuscany, we decided to remodel an apartment in the centre of our city so that the end result would be a home with a Tuscan atmosphere.

So we had the idea, but for its implementation we thought that we would need the help of a professional.

That's when we turned to Regina, who, after our first meeting, we felt that we had found the right specialist in her person. This feeling became our conviction during the months of our cooperation.

We bought our first small apartment in 2011 in structural condition. Its special gallery design made it exciting and difficult to furnish at the same time. At that time we had no experience in the field of interior design. Of course, in different magazines we always looked at the most beautiful properties, but the implementation of these seemed to be an unattainable luxury.

We started with a small wallet, but with more enthusiasm. In the absence of a definite idea, however, it was not easy to find our way around the endless range of cold and warm coverings, and this was only culminated by the question of choosing and placing furniture, lamps, wall colors, textiles. We knew exactly what we liked, but putting them together was no longer an easy task. ‘The whole is more than the sum of its parts’. This is also true in the area of interior design. Without expert help, we tried to assemble simple coverings, furniture and textiles. Unfortunately, the result was not as expected. It lacked harmony, and the style did not reflect our personality. It mostly lacked a sense of ‘home’.

With the renovation of the apartment, we would have been stuck if our dear neighbors at that time had not invited us over for a toast. I remember how excited I was. I was delighted with the invitation, but my curiosity about the neighbor's apartment grew even beyond that. How different can a small apartment with the same distribution and square meters be from ours? Well, it soon turned out …

I will never forget the feeling I felt when I entered the house. I didn't want to believe it! This can't be the same apartment as ours, I thought. It's wider, clearer, more organized, and what ours lacked is more homely. The colors, the lighting, the furniture, everything was perfect, which was only made possible by the kind reception of our hosts. The miracle seen in the interior design magazines suddenly came to life. At that moment, feeling with my partner, that's what we want. I tried to find out with my eyes what makes beautiful. The wall brackets, the kitchen furniture, the stairs, the wallpaper? Then I realized: It's the perfect harmony of small details that makes it fascinating. We felt that the work of a professional could be behind this. And it really was. The woman of the house was Regina Perneczky, who, in addition to her degree in biology, began to develop her talent and creativity in the field of interior design. Immediately we knew we needed Him. Regi was the one who made it clear that home furnishings are not just for people with bottomless wallets. Style and harmony can be achieved with minimal financial effort.

Regi's decorating talent has been used for 9 years, and we are currently using it for the furnishing of our third house. His enthusiasm, creativity and helpfulness are limitless. He is open to our opinion, he sees, he knows, he understands what we want, its implementation always takes into account our financial possibilities.

We collected the courage (and the money) to renovate our apartment for 17 years. It occurred to us that we would rather buy another renovated apartment, but we loved the features of our home so much that we could not find a ‘competitive’ apartment.Without Regina, we would not have dared to do this. None of us had any experience in home renovation, we did not know the possibilities, the raw materials, and the supply was incomprehensible for us.
In addition, we wanted each room of our apartment to have a distinct atmosphere, yet together it forms a unified whole. That's what we needed to help build this together.

“I Think This Is The Beginning Of A Beautiful Friendship.”

At the first meeting we met a very nice, smiling young woman. He looked at the house, we talked, what we wanted, what we would like, what our needs are … As if an old, good friend had come to talk. He collected millions of pieces of information unnoticed. My husband told me what was important to him. As it turns out, we think in a very different material and color world. Impossible seemingly opposites.

At the first meeting, he told us what he could offer us and how much it would cost.

It was like a stone fell from my heart. Someone's finally taking over this lavish burden from me.

The next time I met him, he came with plans. Instead of the transformations we thought of, he came up with more rational, more cost-effective ideas, in exchange for solutions that would never have occurred to me. With minimal wall demolition, he made the space even more spacious, and made the freckles of the building sex epilation. He talked about unknown, new materials and solutions, which make the final result much more unique, yet much cheaper.

Immediately he knew what we needed. He showed me what it would be like to follow my rigid principles, carved in stone. I froze. I would have been able to create such a cold, unfriendly home just because I don't want certain materials or colors.

Your plans have struck a balance between my husband and my needs. It was like he'd known us forever.

The next time, the plans had to be refined. I, who always decide right away, am unsure of a part of the kitchen. I had a lot of concerns. I would like an island, but also a big table, where the whole family can eat together, but a corner would also be nice, where you can sit down and have coffee, but there is not enough space. He devised a plan for each of them, the most astonishing technical solutions to accomplish the impossible. He even made a plan that I'm sure it's impossible not to have a spike in me. I was ashamed that I didn't know what I wanted, but he was patient and helpful all along. I had the product samples, the catalogues, the photo realistic visualizations, the sea of accessible 3D animations to figure out which one I really liked. Finally, the day came when Regina brought us a big book. In the beginning, a photo of our future living room. The book, after a heart-to-heart ‘work description’, reveals layer by layer the tasks that lie ahead. The old floor plan, the demolition and reconstruction plan. Each industry has a logical line of accurate documentation of what to build: plasterboarding, electrical installation, custom furniture… Exact list of what to buy, how much. How much of the color of the paint should be mixed,

If I won the lottery, I would give the book and keys to a general contractor and in three months I would enter my new dream home. It probably won't happen that way, but we have a very precise plan on where we're going. I know what the goal is when the next step is, and I'm sure I won't spend a dollar unnecessarily. As our possibilities allow, we will realize our dream step by step, and soon we will have to open not the book, but the door to enter our dream home.

"Regina is a treasure and worth every penny He was here this morning, cutting things that had been pushing for years in a couple of hours.
