A home office where it's nice to sit down.

Home workspaces have to meet a huge number of functions.

The main thing is to be somewhat separate from the rest of the home, even if we are not in a position to devote an independent room to the work. To ensure that family life does not always distract us, it is necessary to draw boundaries, and in a multifunctional space this can be done with the proper use of larger furniture. A bookshelf or a well-placed sofa in a space is suitable for providing space for the boundaries of the working part, and you do not necessarily need to draw walls or push heavy cabinets to the center of the room to slice the space at all costs, since the second most important aspect is to sit there well. An extremely well-functioning and spectacular solution is also the office that is sunk into the wall, but because of the plasterboard walls, this requires a little more planning and work, and few dare to do it! It is also a good solution in this case if we plan the perfectly functioning lighting, and of course in case of smaller living rooms we choose a table that absorbs a lot of things, so you won't have to look for extra space for extra furniture. There are many other factors to consider when selecting furniture, but if I have to highlight one, I would say that this ‘mini office’ should always be well-harmonised with the other furnishings of the room or home to create a beautiful, harmonious space.

I am currently designing the interior of an apartment where, despite the small floor space, two workstations have to be installed. Which one would you like the most?
